Our exper­ti­se inclu­des all aspects from too­ling kick-off review to mass pro­duc­tion opti­miza­tion. Our main focus is on mol­ding para­me­ter opti­miza­tion and preci­se fine tuning veri­fying all cus­to­mer requi­re­ments of a new mold from productivity/functionality point of view.

Cur­rent­ly invol­ved in seve­ral new pro­jects / cus­to­mers and new tech­no­lo­gy fea­si­bi­li­ty tests and deve­lop­ment projects.

Expe­rienced in lea­ding pro­duc­tion unit with headcount of 35 people. Fami­liar with deve­lo­ping pro­duc­tion unit co-ope­ra­tion and impro­ving docu­men­ta­tion prac­tices and ana­lyzing results for con­ti­nuo­us improvement.
